1.5 oz. Bacardi light rum
1.5 oz Bacardi amber rum
3 tablespoons coconut cream
1/2 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons crushed pineapple
2 cups crushed ice
Blend all ingredients for 15 seconds at high speed.
Pour into a 8-10 oz. collins or chimney glass.
Float 1/2 teaspoon Bacardi 151 on top.
Garnish with pineapple segment and a cherry.
