Short sale buyer

Here I am. Homebuilder with some funds to invest. I have done a few already. Here is what I want:

SFM. Prefer the typical 3-2. Short sale package already submitted. Pretty good number on inquiries on the property.

I buy with cash. I resell very quickly. As an agent you get commission when you sell to me and then close 2 sides when I resell.

Find me short sales and buyers and lets make some money.

I like to make at least $25K on the spread after closing.

Wish you were closer to Hilton Head and Bluffton! We have a large retired community with very old and tired homes in prime locations! If you decide to come to South Carolina let me know.

So we would have to wait to get paid on the first transaction? Ain't happening.

Sorry for any confusion. You would get paid for the first sale when it closes. It would be a short sale with a seller and the bank involved. When I resell, you rep for me and the new buyer (if you find me one).
