Blah, blah, blah

No More Wimps

When is the President of the United States, any President, going to secure our southern border with Mexico? Right, there are other problems to deal with. Sure. A war, the economy, taxes. Don't forget your golf game, your wife's diet plan for the US, etc. You have the time, and so did your predecessor.

When will we get a leader in the seat who actually takes care of business, and quits pandering to the illegals who trespass against us, cause out courts to become backlogged, cause our healthcare system to go out of business, and use our money to buy their food?

The United States is supposed to be a nation of laws, not lawlessness. Trespassers are not supposed to be rewarded. The idea that we are going to let them have citizenship if they play nice is stupid. They broke the law. Kick their ugly, law breaking, criminal behaving, rear ends out, and if they want to come back, they can file the proper docs to get started.

Probably a huge percentage of us know and interact with some of the illegals. That does not change things. All criminals have friends. They are still law breakers. While emotionally some of us want them to stay because they worked so hard to get here, logically the smarter of us realize that it does not matter how hard they worked, or how good of people they are. They broke into our country.

It is way past time for our President to grow a set and take care of the citizens of this country.

Kevin, I think this is the number one problem in the country right now. This problemeither makes our current problems worse or is creating a new set of problems that we probably will not overcome.  The logic for citizens to use is infallible.  The logic the government uses is clearly not in our best interests.  This is the best example of the government looking out for itself at our expense an utimately will be the cause of many citizens dying.

Andrew- Thanks for the comment. A little housekeeping.

Dale- I keep hoping against hope that one of these days, some of our elected leaders will actually put the US and it's citizens first.

The boarders would be very easy to secure if we quit waving money at them.  The less the incentives to come here the less likely the flood would continue.  We would probably see the flow reveresed.

William you are probably correct. They do come here for the money in most cases.

Kevin, I'm convinced that Chairman O is never going to do what is best for Americans, he's proven that over and over.  He had Calderon of Mexico lecture us in DC in our own Capitol building!
