As the US dollar gets pummeled against the Canadian, once again it may be time to do a bit of marketing to our northern neighbors. While it is not a huge bargain for them to come down here quite yet, at the rate the exchange is moving, it will not be long.
A few years ago when they had a huge advantage over us, many of us were able to market certain properties, especially in warm climates to our Canadian brethren. To them it was a great deal to come down here and find some steals. Soon it will happen again at the rate we are moving.
Many currency gurus like to say that the Us dollar moves down against the Canadian as the price of oil goes up. One of the reasons they list is the fact that we export a lot of oil from Canada.
