My team had a rough year last year. Yep. They had a 500 season, which means they won as many as they lost. That makes for a long season, especially for the fans. You start questioning every play and criticizing every player. Does this coach have any knowledge of the game? My kid could do a better job.
As a fan, we expect our team to win, not lose. No one wants to be associated with a loser. When a team wins, fans will pay top dollar to be a part of things. They will not only go to games, but will also wear the team apparal. Big bucks and big pride. A losing team gets some support from die hard fans, but not much else. Continue losing for a few seasons and that is the end. Time for a new coach and players.
To many voters in this country right now, we are having a losing season. No matter how many excuses our elected idiots give, the simple fact is that we are not even a 500 club right now. The current coach and players must go. The fans will speak.
