Blah, blah, blah

Scare tactics 1A

Up to the old tricks again eh? Politicians love to fill us with all kinds of doomsday stuff that will most certainly happen if such and such bill does not pass. The latest is too darn funny to pass up. It is all over the net so I won't bother with a link to it. Here goes.

Senator Harry Reid basically stated that when men lose their jobs they start beating on their wives. He really wants the Senate to cram this jobs bill through, and he likened the loss of this bill, to more wife beatings around the country, as more men lose their jobs.

I have not read up on the bill yet, but do know one thing for sure. Mrs. Reid better run for her life in November.

It is frustrating when the people that know how to work the system use the system to their benefit.

There is actually some twisted logic in the statement.  What will be his excuse when all those abusive men turn on Washington?

Hope his wife is prepared when he gets put out of work after the next election.  How ridiculous.

Nothing surprises me from Washington anymore particularly from those that are sure that they know more than all of us and need to protect us from ourselves. Harry certainly fits in that category....

Hmmmm maybe they ALL do!

Okay, I have to admit, that is a pretty funny visual of Mrs. Reid running for her life after the elections.  Thanks for the comic relief!

Along the lines that some members in Congress were told that Martial Law was going to be declared if they did not pass the first bailout bill.

And this guy considers himself "elite", and the rest of us just "tea baggers"? Talk about delusional!
