Blah, blah, blah

Up to $1M

For all of the agents out there who need buyers, here is one for you. I am looking for preforeclosure short sales. Residential homes in very nice areas. Prefer short sale package to the bank already and BPO done but that is not a must. I have cash and am currently looking right around the $1M mark. The numbers need to work out so that if I buy it and then sell it, I can make a nice profit. After paying realtor fees and closing I am shooting for a net of around $50-100K. I have done one and want more now. Please email me with your possibles.

Thanks....looks like I am the first to respond! :0)

Perhaps you'd be kind enough to respond with more detail....???

As you may already know, our DFW market is not nearly as bad as so many others throughout the country. We do, however, have our share of foreclosures and (naturally) pre-foreclosures.

Other than what you listed above, is there anything else you'd add to your list of preferences...??? I'd love to find something that will work and, in the DFW where the home values are holding rather steady, it would be great if you could get a good deal and then not have to worry about the values falling even further right after you purchase!

You just missed an awesome foreclosure priced at $500K that with about $750K in upgrades and renovations could have sold for over $3m.  I couldn't get enough co-investors to swing the deal, otherwise I would have bid on it.

I will look to see what I can find and get back to you.
