Investors here

Buying and selling. That is what investors do. We buy and we sell. some investors have given the group a bad name. These are the ones who offer some stupid lowball offer and want all kinds of concessions from the seller. Others try to get the poor homeowner to basically just the sign the place over to them. Some of these types are just plain jerks who need to get out of this market.

As for the rest of us, we are just trying to make some money. Increase our own cash reserve or assets while helping out a distressed homeowner. Take a distressed property and turn in back into a viable productive piece of real estate. No bad intentions, just plain capitalism. A bit of profit taking.

Buy and sell. That is what I am doing. Cash deals only. A small disount but not trying to make a killing of of one deal.

Email or call me today. My investment group is hungry. But, we are upfront and honest as well.
