Should I join Exit?

One of the ideas that I have been tossing around in my head for a month or two now is getting my Idaho real estate license. I can get it fairly quickly since I am already licensed in another state. With that would come the dilemma of which brokerage to join.

I have always been a big fan of getting paid for my efforts more than once. Most of my businesses have been set up to continue paying me for a long time rather than just one time. No need to reinvent the wheel everyday.

To me, it looks like Exit Realty has a pretty good little system in place in regard to a royalty like income. I dont mean getting paid like royalty, I mean getting paid more than once for the same efforts.

Any agents have input for me? Are you with Exit or have been with Exit? Your input would be much appreciated.
